·         Data on the history and background of the settlement.

·         Infrastructure base of the town.

·         Proposed Road & its alignment spatially.

·         Building regulation as to the space required to be left around the building, its coverage on the plot and also its maximum height permissible.

Six and half hours from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM except holidays.

Information on the infrastructure base and the proposed infrastructure projects to come up in the town as per the contents of master plan.

The availability of building regulation as to how much space should be left around the building and what would be the bit of the structure and what would be the floor space index etc.
